Noon-1 p.m., Power Yoga with Lisa
5-6 p.m., Pilates with Chelsea

Wednesday
Noon-1 p.m., Tone Up! with Kathy
5-6 p.m., Zumba with Monique

Thursday
Noon-1 p.m., Power Yoga with Lisa
5-6 p.m., Zumba with Chelsea

Friday
5-6 p.m., Pilates with Chelsea

All Fitness Classes are open to students, faculty, staff, and members of the John Carroll RecPlex.
