Jeff Rotsky from The Rotsky Foundation for Mentors, a non-profit mentoring program working with the Cleveland Public School System, will be speaking about the foundation on Wednesday, May 4, at 2 p.m. in the O’Dea Room.
The foundation is looking for mentors (rising juniors, current juniors and even graduating seniors who will be in the Cleveland area) to work one-on-one with Cleveland Public High School students. The Rotsky Foundation is partnered with Whitney Young High School (near Warrensville Center Road and Harvard Avenue).
Matches are based on both career and personal interests and mentors are required to meet with their student once a month, plus two phone contacts per month. For more info please visit the foundation’s website.
