Summer 2011 group fitness schedule

A number of group fitness classes will be available during the summer.

Monday

  • Noon-1 p.m. – Tone Up with Kathy.
  • 5:15 p.m.-6:15 p.m. – Zumba with Monique.

Tuesday

  • 12 p.m.-1 p.m. – Power Yoga with Lisa.
  • 5 p.m.-6 p.m. – Cycling with Stephen.
  • 6:45 p.m.-7:45 p.m. – Power Yoga with Amy.

Wednesday

  • 11 a.m.-noon – Power Yoga with Melissa.
  • Noon-1 p.m. – Tone Up with Kathy.
  • 5:15 p.m.-6:15 p.m. – Power Yoga with Shaun.

Thursday

  • Noon-1 p.m. – Power Yoga with Lisa.
  • 5 p.m.-6 p.m. – Cycling with Stephen.
  • 6:45 p.m.-7:45 p.m. – Power Yoga with Amy.

Friday

  • Noon-1 p.m. – Power Yoga with Amy.
