Administration Annex roof and a/c replacement project

The Administration Annex (B-wing) roof and air conditioning replacement project will begin on Tuesday, June 28, weather permitting. The project is expected to be completed on or around July 22. During this time, the B-wing entrance off Administration Drive will be roped off and closed. Building occupants will need to enter the building through the O’Malley Center or Administration Building side entrances.

A crane will be positioned on the Rodman side of the building, in the ADA parking spaces, from July 5 through July 7. During this time, the old air conditioning units will be removed from the roof and the new units will be placed in position. Rodman Drive and the entrance to the O’Malley Center will remain open at all times. There will be no air conditioning in the B-wing rooms and offices from approximately Friday, July 1, through Friday, July 15.

The schedules provided are approximate, as this project is heavily dependent on weather conditions.
