Today: Comedienne Tracey Ashley, semi-finalist in NBC’s Last Comic Standing

The Center for Student Diversity and Inclusion invites you to welcome the hilarious Tracey Ashley to campus as part of the Dr. Shirley S. Seaton Cultural Awareness Series on Saturday, November 19, 2011, at 11 p.m. in the Marinello Little Theater.

Comedian Tracey Ashley (http://traceyashley.com/) has always known that she wanted to make people laugh. All Tracey needed was a starting point. From her stories of growing up in the South to the weird happenings of her life, she found a place to begin. Tracey worked hard to hone her act and reached national recognition when she became a semi-finalist in NBC’s Last Comic Standing.

Nominated as Best Female Performer from the 2008 Campus Activities Magazine Reader’s Choice Awards, Tracey Ashley performs across the country in theaters, comedy clubs, colleges, and corporate events.

This event is free and open to the public. Questions? Contact the Center at via email at csdi@jcu.edu or by calling extension 4185.
