The 11th annual A Celebration of Scholarship starts next week!

Show your support of the academic life of John Carroll University! You are invited to attend a variety of events across campus the week of March 26–29, 2012, for the 11th annual “A Celebration of Scholarship.”

The Celebration kicks off with the Poster Session the evening of Monday, March 26, in the Muldoon Atrium in the Dolan Science Center from 6:30 to 8 p.m. The posters will feature work from a variety of faculty and students across many disciplines.

Enjoy the artistic expressions of the University community at the Arts at Lunch on Tuesday and all week at Grasselli Library for the Art Exhibit featuring work by members of the JCU community. The Arts at Lunch will feature music and spoken word performances on Tuesday, March 27, 2012, in the LSC Atrium from noon–1 p.m. The Art Exhibit is a juried show, which showcases the artistic works of students, faculty, and staff. First, second, and third place winners will be announced at the “Meet the Artists” reception on Thursday, March 29, at 1 p.m. in Grasselli.

Join in celebrating the scholarship of the John Carroll community during the Paper/Panel Presentations on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Show your support the academic life of John Carroll University by attending one of the numerous Paper/Panel Presentations. These presentations will feature students (both undergraduate and graduate), faculty, and other members of the University community and will cover a wide range of interesting topics. Join in the Celebration to better appreciate and applaud faculty and students for their individual and collective accomplishments.
