Final Four lunch in the Dining Hall today!

The Final Four games are right around the corner! Why not celebrate with theme meals from each school? There will be specialty entrees at various stations during lunch today honoring the Final Four!

The Grill: Ohio State Thurman Burger
No trip to The Ohio State University is complete without stopping into Thurman Burgers and enjoying their trademark sandwich, piled high with ham, onions, mushrooms, and American and mozzarella cheese.

International: University of Kentucky Hot Brown
The Hot Brown is an open-faced sandwich of turkey and bacon, covered in Mornay sauce and baked or broiled until the bread is crisp and the sauce begins to brown. It’s almost as synonymous with Kentucky as Basketball.

Center Stage: University of Kansas Country Fried Chicken
Nothing says Kansas like fried chicken, fried anything for that matter. So in honor of that Midwest tradition, we celebrate the birthplace of an American Classic: The country fried steak

Comfort: University of Louisville Burgoo
A staple around campus, Burgoo is a spicy stew popular at the races and on game day. Traditionally, burgoo was made using whatever meats and vegetables were available. Today, local Kentucky barbecue restaurants use a specific meat in their recipes, usually pork or chicken, which creates a distinct flavor unique to each restaurant.

Hope to see you there!
