Caribbean dinner in the Dining Hall today!

Join JCU Dining for a trip to the Caribbean – well, at least a taste from the Caribbean!

Enjoy Caribbean-themed meals today at dinner including:

  • Center Stage: papaya or mango smoothies
  • Comfort: jerk chicken, coconut mango rice, sweet potato and zucchini medley, and callaloo (braised collard greens)
  • International: pork and plantain hash
  • Grill: caribbean style pork ribs
  • Vegetarian: sweet potato salad
  • Pizza: island pie (black beans, pineapple, and cilantro)
  • Dessert: rum cake
