Join JCU Dining for a trip to the Caribbean – well, at least a taste from the Caribbean!
Enjoy Caribbean-themed meals today at dinner including:
- Center Stage: papaya or mango smoothies
- Comfort: jerk chicken, coconut mango rice, sweet potato and zucchini medley, and callaloo (braised collard greens)
- International: pork and plantain hash
- Grill: caribbean style pork ribs
- Vegetarian: sweet potato salad
- Pizza: island pie (black beans, pineapple, and cilantro)
- Dessert: rum cake
