Today: Jesuit Refugee Services upcoming events on campus

The Jesuit Refugee Services kicks off “Days of Prayer and Action for Columbia – Everyone Deserves a Place to Call Home” on April 11-12.

All events are sponsored by Campus Ministry and the Peace, Justice & Human Rights Program

Wednesday, April 11

Brown bag lunch in the Alumni Lounge, 3rd floor of Rodman Hall

  • You’re invited to join Clare Bonsignore and Cara Pavlak of Jesuit Refugee Service/USA to hear how JRS accompanies, serves, and defends the rights of refugees and forcibly displaced people around the world. At this brown bag lunch, Cara and Clare will speak about the global work of JRS and its programs with refugees, as well as highlighting the work of JRS with displaced communities in Colombia and advocacy opportunities regarding Colombia’s massive humanitarian and displacement crisis.
