Fatima Food Drive needs your help!

The Fatima Family Center Thanksgiving Food Drive is currently underway. The students the Arrupe Scholars Program are trying to collect enough food to provide 100+ families in the Hough community with one week’s groceries plus a Thanksgiving dinner. Aramark will donate a turkey to each family and Dave’s Supermarkets will provide produce at cost (the Scholars raised money through the Footprints for Fatima 5K).

The Scholars try to collect enough non-perishables through a door-to-door collection in University Heights and an on-campus food collection. Due to the heavy rains this year, our donations were way down. Would you be willing to help us by bringing in a couple of items? We particularly need staples such as pasta, peanut butter, jelly, cereal, tuna fish, spaghetti sauce, tomato products, canned fruits, and vegetables.
