Degree: B.S. in Mathematics, certification to teach elementary and special ed
Current Profession/Position: Director Journal Production and Composition Services – American Chemical Society

Activities at JCU: Pi Mu Epsilon – Math Fraternity/Honor Society; Alpha Sigma Nu – Jesuit Honor Society Honors program; Saturday morning recreation program for children with special needs; Resident Assistant junior and senior years

Interesting Facts: Married another 1978 grad, George Lewandowski; Parents of a 2010 JCU grad, Christopher Lewandowski, and 2007 Kenyon grad Mike Lewandowski; Member of the JCU Alumni Board; Active participant in the Alumni in Admissions program for years; M.S. in Biomedical Computing from OSU 1981; Indians and Browns fan, enjoy watching the Clippers in Columbus

Favorite spot/Memory: Playing catch on the quad; Blizzard of ’78 – only time school closed in 4 years; Endless hours studying in Bohannan; Freshman picnic where Tom Keir introduced me to my future spouse.

Advice for Current Students: “Take as many and as varied classes as you can; Get to know your profs and the Jesuits – it’s amazing what they have to share; Try new activities; Be involved; Become men and women of service, you’ll never regret it.”
