The Fitness Schedule is as follows for Monday, March 4, through Friday March 8:

Monday

  • 11 a.m.-noon, Power Yoga with Amy
  • Noon-1 p.m., Tone Up! with Kathy

Tuesday

  • Noon-1 p.m., Power Yoga with Lisa
  • 4-5 p.m., Zumba with Helene
  • 7:15-8:15 p.m., Power Yoga with Amy

Wednesday

  • Noon-1 p.m., Tone Up! with Kathy

Thursday

  • Noon-1 p.m., Power Yoga with Lisa
  • 5:15-6:15 p.m., Cardio KickBoxing with Theresa

Friday

  • 4-5 p.m., Zumba with Helene
