Kick off Green Streak Week with Schott Dining Hall on Monday, April 15, during lunch and dinner. We will be serving up different menu items to show our support!
Menu items include:
- Grilled cheese and tomato soup: House made 12-grain whole wheat bread with local Great Lakes cheese and served with a side of organic tomato soup.
- Sprout salad: A tossed medley of radish sprouts, mung bean sprouts, alfalfa sprouts, in-house grown lentil sprouts and rice noodles in a light vinaigrette.
- Super green smoothie: organic spinach, green apples, cucumber, kiwi, and pineapple juice.
