  • 6:30-7:30 p.m., Zumba with Monique

Tuesday

  • 4-5 p.m., Zumba with Helene
  • 6-7 p.m., Cycling with Stephen
  • 7:15-8:15 p.m., Power Yoga with Amy

Wednesday

  • Noon-1 p.m., Tone Up! with Kathy

Thursday
