Monday

  • Noon-1 p.m. – Tone Up! with Kathy
  • 6:30-7:30 p.m. – Zumba with Monique

Tuesday

  • Noon-1 p.m. – Power Yoga with Lisa
  • 5-6 p.m. – Cycling with Stephen
  • 6:30-7:30 p.m. – Power Yoga with Amy

Wednesday

  • Noon-1 p.m. – Tone Up! with Kathy
  • 6:30-7:30 p.m. – Slow Burn Yoga with Mary Beth

Thursday

  • Noon-1 p.m. – Power Yoga with Lisa
  • 6:30-7:30 p.m. – Cycling with Stephen

Friday

  • 5-6 p.m. – Zumba with Helene

All Fitness Classes are open to students, faculty, staff, administrators, and members of the John Carroll RecPlex. Due to limited bikes, cycling classes require sign-ups at the Rec Desk 30 minutes in advance of each class.
