**Please note that Monique’s Monday Zumba class has been moved from 6:30 p.m. to 5 p.m. See you Monday at 5 p.m. for Zumba with Monique!**

Monday

  • Noon-1 p.m. – Tone Up! with Kathy
  • 5-6 p.m. – Zumba with Monique

Tuesday

  • Noon-1 p.m. – Power Yoga with Lisa
  • 5-6 p.m. – Cycling with Stephen
  • 6:30-7:30 p.m. – Power Yoga with Amy

Wednesday

  • Noon-1 p.m. – Tone Up! with Kathy
  • 6:30-7:30 p.m. – Slow Burn Yoga with Mary Beth

Thursday

  • Noon-1 p.m. – Power Yoga with Lisa
  • 6:30-7:30 p.m. – Cycling with Stephen

Friday

  • 5-6 p.m. – Zumba with Helene
