Spend Living the Mission Day with the Cleveland Neighborhood Project!

Join the Class of 2017 for a day of service at Fatima Family Center on Thursday, Aug. 29.

Volunteering for The Cleveland Neighborhood Project is an opportunity for faculty, staff, and administrators to accompany teams of first-year students as they work at the Center and at homes in the neighborhood. It is also a University sponsored event and is eligible for the use of Mission Leave (see HR’s “Resources/Policy” page).

Lunch will be provided at Fatima. The day will begin with an on-campus send-off address at 8:30 a.m. in Kulas, with the buses leaving by 9 a.m. and returning to campus mid-afternoon.

This is your chance to join us in introducing the service aspect of JCU’s mission to our first-year students and to begin building relationships with the newest members of our campus community.

Interested faculty, staff, and administrators who want to participate, please contact Maryellen Callanan at service@jcu.edu or 216.397.2022 by Wednesday, Aug. 21.
