Join JCU’s nutritionist on Wednesday, Sept. 25, from 8-10 p.m. in the LSC Atrium. We all know Ramen Noodles are a cheap meal and easy meal. However, there are some concerns preparing them as directed by the package. They can be high in fat and sodium. Karin Palmer, the nutritionist, will suggest a healthier alternative by adding some different ingredients.
