Today: What’s Fair in Fair Trade? A Discussion with Christopher Bacon, Ph.D.
Christopher Bacon, Ph.D., assistant professor, Department of Environmental Studies and Sciences at Santa Clara University, will present on these topics and more on Thursday, Oct. 10, at 7 p.m. in the Jardine Room.
Professor Bacon’s primary research examines the political ecology of fair trade coffee and local corn food systems and their impacts on farmer livelihoods and food security in northern Nicaragua.
