Do you have a creative idea for us to improve the level of dialogue on campus and build respect for others, creating and promoting a more inclusive campus culture? If so, you should apply for a Mandel grant to fund your project. The University has received funds from the Mandel Foundation to be used during the fall and spring semesters to further a climate of inclusion on campus.
Small grants (up to $4,000) are available to student groups and individuals. The criteria and application process are described and can be accessed here. A Mandel grant may be used to enhance projects in process or to implement new projects. Action-oriented proposals with an evaluation component that engages students, faculty, staff, or the general campus community are especially welcomed. The Committee looks forward to receiving creative ideas.
