New Math Course in Spring 2014

Introduction to Network Analysis, (MT 199) with applications in globalization studies, sociology, marketing, political science, finance, math, economics, computer science, biology and many more, is being offered this spring semester 2014, 11-11:50 a.m. Monday/Wednesday/Friday. MT 199 satisfies the core math requirement, is open to all students, and has no prerequisites.

Course topics include graph theory, measures of centrality and structural balance, large-scale structure of networks, and computational and algorithmic aspects of networks.
