Two of history’s most powerful and moving stories converge in Dr. Mary Weem’s stirring play “A Conversation After a Funeral.” Anne Frank and Emmett Till meet in the afterlife just moments after Emmett’s funeral service. In the process, their stories touch upon issues of race, religion, class, and gender.
