The JCU Center for Student Diversity and Inclusion and POV, PBS’ award-winning nonfiction film series, present a screening of “The Learning” on Monday, Feb. 17, at 3:30 p.m. in the Jardine Room.

‘The Learning” is a film by Ramona Diaz. A century after American educators helped create public schools in the Philippines, Filipino teachers are returning the favor — in America’s inner cities. (90 min). ‘The Learning’ is a co-production of CineDiaz & ITVS; in association with the Center for Asian American Media.
