PBS POV Film Screening: “Up Heartbreak Hill”

The JCU Center for Student Diversity and Inclusion and POV, PBS’ award-winning nonfiction film series, present a screening of “Up Heartbreak Hill” on  Thursday, April 3, at 3:30 p.m. in the Jardine Room.

“Up Heartbreak Hill” is a film by Erica Scharf. Navajo teen athletes race toward their future. Teen angst typically includes conflict between past and future — but what if the past is the reservation and the future a world apart? (60 min)
