Come hear guest speaker, psychologist Mark Onusko, talk about getting a good night’s sleep on Wednesday, April 23, at 6 p.m. in the Learning Commons. There will be healthy snacks as well as sleepytime tea to take home. Students will learn myths and facts about sleep, sleep hygiene tips, and get the opportunity to practice a relaxing exercise to use as part of a bedtime routine.
