Spend Living the Mission Day with the Cleveland Neighborhood Project!

One week left to register to join the Class of 2018 for a day of service at Fatima Family Center, OAK Leadership Institute, and the surrounding Hough neighborhood on Thursday, Aug. 28, as part of Living the Mission Day!

Volunteering for The Cleveland Neighborhood Project is an opportunity for faculty, staff, and administrators to accompany teams of first-year students as they work to improve the Hough neighborhood. It is also a University-sponsored event and is eligible for the use of Mission Leave.

A boxed lunch will be provided at Fatima. The day will begin with an on-campus send-off address at 8:30 a.m. in Kulas Auditorium, with the buses leaving by 9 a.m. and returning to campus mid-afternoon.

This is your chance to join us in introducing the service component of JCU’s mission to our first-year students and to begin building relationships with the newest members of our campus community.

Register on CSSA’s website by Wednesday, Aug. 20.
