Lani Guinier is an American lawyer, scholar and civil rights activist. She is the Bennett Boskey Professor of Law at Harvard Law School and the first woman of color appointed to a tenured professorship at that institution. Co-sponsored by the Center for Student Diversity and Inclusion and the Don Shula Chair in Philosophy.
