Today: Your Help is Needed – Network for Success Executive Training

Presented by: Parker Hannifin

Wednesday, January 28
6:30-8:30 p.m.
John Carroll University, D.J. Lombardo Student Center

What is Network for Success?
Network for Success is a two-hour program where students learn how to deliver a 30-second elevator speech introducing themselves to executives, so they are prepared for upcoming career fairs, job interviews, and other employment/networking situations.

How does the event work?
Each student prepares an elevator speech, and practices delivering it to a number of executives. They need your feedback. As one of the NFS Executives, you will provide candid advice on how you experienced their message and its delivery. Your exchange with each student probably will be no more than two or three minutes. The goal is by the end of the evening, students use the feedback they receive to deliver a genuine and engaging elevator speech.

How can you get involved?
We need 120 Executives to coach students on the evening of Wednesday, January 28th. If you graduated at least two years ago and are interested in serving as a coach, please click here. If you would like to invite one of your colleagues to participate, we would be delighted to have them participate. Please be sure to register them!

RSVP.
