Laverne Cox Canceled
The Center for Student Diversity & Inclusion received an official call Monday evening from Laverne Cox’s agent sharing that Ms. Cox needed to cancel her campus visit scheduled for Tuesday, March 17 at 6:30 p.m. We are devastated about this news.
Unfortunately, Ms. Cox completely canceled and did not offer to reschedule her visit. Currently, she is working on a TV pilot with an inflexible schedule. Filming of the show begins next week and extends to the end of the calendar year.
Thank you for supporting the programs planned by the Center and be on the lookout for the 2015-2016 schedule.
