FEV/LEV Reserved Parking Spaces for Faculty and Staff
As part of the Murphy Hall Project LEED certification, JCU Parking will be offering 10 fuel efficient vehicle/low emission vehicle (FEV/LEV) spaces for employees. Five spaces will be located in the Belvoir Lot and five spaces will be in the Carroll Extension (Bohannon) Lot. The spaces are designated with signs that read “Reserved Parking FEV/LEV Permit Required.”
The JCU Parking Office will be opening up the lottery for those that would be interested on Monday, June 1, at 9 a.m. and close on Monday, June 8, at 5 p.m. The FEV permit for the space is valid for one Academic Year (2015-2016). Each year there will be a lottery.
The process for the lottery will be as follows:
- Please open the attached Vehicle Lottery Application (VLA).
- Review the link to determine if your vehicle is on the Fuel Efficient Vehicle List.
- If your vehicle is on the list, please complete the VLA form.
- Fill in the drop down boxes for the Make, Model, and Year.
- Review the map showing LEV space locations; indicate which area you wish to park in.
- An incomplete application or application submitted early will not be accepted
