The Staff Council and Human Resources Department are teaming up to institute a “Campus Colleague” program, which will pair a current JCU employee with a new employee. The program goals are:
* To welcome new employees and provide them with a point of contact for general inquiries regarding day to day aspects of working at the University.
* To help new employees acclimate to the culture at John Carroll, and reduced uncertainty that comes with a new job.
