Probable Peak Capacity Energy Conservation Events This Week
Temperatures across the region and eastern half of the country are expected to be in the high 80s through mid 90s on Monday, August 17 and Tuesday, August 18.
Based on these forecasts, we expect that a capacity peak event will be called for on Monday, August 17 with a slight chance for an event on Tuesday, August 18. Due to this possibility, the University will reduce electricity loads between 3 and 6 p.m. Monday and possibly Tuesday of this week.
