CarrollSTAR Employee Recognition Program is now Live

Human Resources is pleased to announce the CarrollSTAR Employee Recognition Program is now live!

Every employee at John Carroll University contributes to the student experience. Employees who share our organizational values and provide exceptional student service deserve recognition. That’s why this easy-to-use online recognition program was created. Through the CarrollSTAR program, employees are now able to give and receive recognition for outstanding contributions support John Carroll University values in the following categories:

Outstanding Teamwork & Collaboration

Enhancing the Student Experience

Striving for Excellence

Promoting an Inclusive Community

Leadership Excellence

Demonstrating Service in Solidarity

Innovative Solutions & Creativity

Full descriptions of each of these categories are in the CarrollSTAR system.

Employees are able to recognize others throughout campus, not just in their department or division.

IT’S EASY TO GET STARTED:
To log on to your personalized CarrollSTAR site, go to carrollstar.jcu.edu where you will be prompted to enter the following information:

Username = your JCU email address
Password= your Banner ID

You will then be immediately prompted to change your password. Also, employees can access carrollstar.jcu.edu from any computer. All you need is your JCU email address and Banner ID.

The system uses current photos from the JCU online directory. If you don’t have a photo in the directory, you should make an appointment to have your photo taken.
