The Tim Russert Department of Communication and Theatre Arts is proud to present the fall theatre production – Six Characters in Search of an Author by Luigi Pirandello. This modern classic inspired riots when it premiered in 1921 in Rome, but soon found success all over the world. It is the sometimes sordid, sometimes tragic story of six characters, abandoned by their playwright, who crash a rehearsal and try to convince a theatre company to give them life. The production has some mild mature content. Directed by Dr. Karen Gygli. The play runs November 6, 7, 13 and 14 at 7:30 p.m., and November 15 at 2 p.m. Tickets are $7 with a reservation and $10 at the door. Tickets can be reserved by calling 216.397.4428. For more information, call Dr. Gygli at 216.397.4191.
