The Black Squirrel Quintet, the faculty woodwind quintet at Kent State University, will offer a concert this Friday, January 29, at 4:30 p.m. in the St. Francis Chapel. The concert includes the Quintet in Bb Major by Danzi, La Cheminee du Roi Rene by Milhaud and the famous Poulenc Sextet for piano, flute, oboe, clarinet, bassoon and horn. Elizabeth DeMio, faculty member from the Cleveland Institute of Music, joins the quintet for the Poulenc.
All are welcome to attend this wonderful performance. It is an hour in length and free of charge.
