The newly released dietary guidelines emphasize the importance of having a variety of vegetables in your diet. Salads are a great way incorporate the 2 1/2 to 3 cup equivalents you need daily. Join us in the cafeteria on Wednesday, January 27 from 11 a.m.-1 p.m., where JCU’s Dietitian Karin Palmer will offer some tips on how to “Toss up a Healthy Salad.”
