It’s easy to get started:
To log on to your personalized CarrollSTAR site for the first time, go to carrollstar.jcu.edu where you will be prompted to enter the following information:
USERNAME= your JCU email address
PASSWORD= your Banner ID
You will then be immediately prompted to change your password. Also, employees can access carrollstar.jcu.edu from any computer. All you need is your JCU email address and Banner ID.
