Join us Monday, April 18 from 6-8 p.m. at Edwin’s Leadership Restaurant Institute for a Carroll Ballers fundraiser. Tickets are $50 and include a buffet dinner with a selection of items including ditilini pasta with fontina cheese and green onions, Provencal chicken salad stuffed cucumber cup with capers and olives, and sauteed flagoulet beans with caramelized fennel and arugula.
