What we can do together to create and sustain an engaging culture at JCU? Research conducted by Gallup and others claim that only 32% of employees in the U.S. are engaged. That means that almost 70% of the typical workforce is not engaged.
During this workshop, participants will learn how to identify when employees are disengaged and what successful organizations have done to achieve high levels of engagement. Techniques for measuring engagement at the department level will be discussed as well as taking action on survey data to drive organizational change, sustain engagement and improve morale.
