New Helpdesk Ticketing System Implemented

As one of our steps to improve customer service, the IT Department is moving to a new ticketing system to process your requests for IT assistance.

The ITS Help Desk will begin using a new ticket tracking system today, Monday, October 3. Calls to the Help Desk will be handled the same as before, but the confirmation and follow-up emails you receive will look different. Be assured this is legitimate email and does not ask you to enter any credentials or personal information. We are excited by the capabilities of this new system. Watch for future announcements about how you can enter your own tickets and how you can view all work being done on your tickets.
