We have a great speaker coming on Wednesday, October 19. Dr. John Schriner from Ohio University’s College of Osteopathic Medicine will be giving a presentation at 6 p.m. in Donahue Auditorium. He will be providing information about the philosophy, education, and approach to patient treatment of a DO program and how it compares to an MD program. As part of his talk, he will also give some insight into the application process to medical school, the impact of the personal statement, and the relative importance of MCAT scores. Dr. Schriner will also speak about OU’s program and it’s new campus in Cleveland.
Also, Dr. Andrew Trew will come and inform us about the London Summer Course, that you may enjoy!
Please R.S.V.P. to Tanesha Lee (tlee@jcu.edu) if you plan on attending so that we can order the appropriate amount of food and beverages!
