We are coming to the end of another year. What has gone well and what would you like to change? Are you trying to “survive” the holiday season, or is there joy in the preparation and experience? What are your clients feeling? Has there been loss in the past year, questions about the future and discouragement? Together we will explore stress, goals, life transition, managing the holidays and preparing for a new year with optimism and expectation!
