Today: “Healthy Eating on a Budget!”

It IS possible to eat healthy on a tight budget, thanks to Wellness Consultant Carla A. Iafelice and Chef Bob Sferra ’86.

Join the Student Alumni Association on a trip to the Heinen’s Downtown on Thursday, April 20, from 5:30 to 7 p.m.

Carla Iafelice will show you what to look for when checking labels while buying groceries and how to read a sales ad to find the best deals. Then, Bob Sferra ’86, owner of Culinary Occasions, will put on a cooking demonstration using ingredients from the store. There will even be a raffle to win awesome prizes!
