Demand Response Audit scheduled for Thursday, 8/17, 3 – 4 pm

The University will participate in a required Demand Response audit on Thursday, 8/17, from 3 – 4 pm. Beginning at 2:15 pm, we will reduce our electricity load to a minimum to demonstrate our ability to shed load during emergency conditions on the PJM grid. All building systems will be returned to normal operation after the audit.

The results of this audit will determine our payments from EnerNoc, our Demand Response Energy Management provider. You can help by turning off unnecessary lighting in your office and adjacent areas and by turning off or unplugging personal appliances during this event.
