A recent study indicates that, people generally gain one or two pounds (0.5–0.8 kg) from Thanksgiving to New Year’s Eve. The problem is many of us do not lose this additional weight and these pounds can add up year after year. Ideas on how to keep your health goals in focus as well as a display of “right” size desserts portions and sampling of a holiday snack will be available.
