Changes to the Printer Contracts
JCU has selected a new vendor to support, service, and maintain printers on campus. ComDoc will be taking over for Meritech starting January 1st. During Winter Break, ComDoc will be on campus and will be working with ITS to relabel and check all printers on campus. Along with relabeling and confirming printers, ITS will be verifying budget codes and printer locations. If you have any questions about the support of a University Printer, please call the Help Desk at 216-397-3005.
