Get ready for the Career Fair at THE PREPARE FAIR and *POP UP* CAREER SERVICES!

The Center for Career Services wants to make sure you feel absolutely ready to tackle the 2018 Annual Career Fair on Thursday, Feb 1 from 4:30 to 7:00pm in the Dolan Center, so we’re offering extra assistance all week prior to the Career Fair!

THE PREPARE FAIR on Thursday, January 25, 2018 from 6:00pm to 8:00pm in the LSC Conference Room is a casual, low-pressure, yet educational event where there will be learning stations:

Station 1: LinkedIn Photo Booth & Support**
Station 2: Resume Review
Station 3: Elevator Pitch
Station 4: Employer Information & Strategies

3 raffle tickets will be given to students who pre-register on Career Connection before 12pm on Jan 25. Additional tickets will be given at each station. Raffle items include John Carroll University padfolios, John Carroll University pens, a $100 gift card to Macy’s, and a $100 gift card to Legacy Village.

This is an “open house” style event— you can come and go as you please. Take advantage of one or all stations!

Food and refreshments will be provided throughout the evening! **Dress code is casual, BUT come dressed to impress in your Career Fair outfit if you plan on visiting the LinkedIn Photobooth and if you want to find out if your outfit is Career Fair-approved!

At our *POP UP* CAREER SERVICES, you can get your resume reviewed and ask your Career Fair questions at locations that are more convenient for you! No appointment necessary!

Look for us at these times and places:
– Friday, Jan 26, 8:30am – 5pm at the Center for Career Services
– Monday, Jan 29, 11am – 2pm, in the Dolan Atrium
– Tuesday, Jan 30, 9am – 11am outside Einstein’s and 6pm – 7pm at the Learning Commons
– Wednesday, Jan 31, 11am to 2pm at the Student Center Atrium
