The health center is still seeing students who are positive for the seasonal flu (congestion, cough, fever, aches), as well as students with the stomach flu (nausea, vomiting and diarrhea). Please remember Good Handwashing can prevent the spread of these viruses-also, not sharing utensils and drinks. Increase eating fruits and vegetables and sleeping 7-8 hours/nite will help to maintain a healthy immune system.
*Please note-an E Coli outbreak has been found in romaine lettuce which cause stomach flu symptoms. Please follow up at the student health center
