JCU ITS – Update from Canvas: Maintenance event on 5/2

Start Time: 05/02/2018 4:00 AM EST

Anticipated End Time: 05/02/2018 4:30 AM EST

Issue Symptoms: Users will not be able to access Canvas while the event is underway

Comments:
Canvas will be performing a brief maintenance event on Wednesday, May 2nd. We anticipate this event will last 15 minutes; it will occur during the 30-minute interval between 4:00 AM and 4:30 AM and you will not be able to access Canvas while the event is underway.
