From September 24-28 Students for Social Justice will be hosting a mock border wall on campus. There will be two sections of fencing: one outside of the student center and one in front of the library. The fence will have information on the humanitarian, economic, and environmental cost of the wall, as well as U.S. immigration policy. Our goal is to inform the campus about issues with our immigration system and to start a conversation about how we can join in solidarity with immigrants. Contact ssj@jcu.edu with any questions.
